This presentation will also give Credential Maintenance Program credits for LEED-AP’s so come get a credit for two professions at once! Food provided. Please join us for a tour and tasting at the new Lumberyard Taproom and Grill! This restaurant and brewery is scheduled to receive the 2010 Coconino County Sustainable Building Award and includes many sustainable features such as: City reclaimed water used for landscape needs, repaired and reused original building trusses, roof metal and old lumber was re- purposed for the bar and dining area and water saving toilets and urinals installed in the bathrooms. Other important sustainable features include the use of local contractors and local products. Tour will be provided by Architect Ryan Smith and owner Winnie Hanseth.
