Friday, March 12, 2010-AIA Grand Canyon Chapter presents a tour of the Ecosa Institute in Prescott Arizona. Tony Brown and Tom Hahn will provide a brief tour of the facilities and give a presentation on Regenerative and Ecological design. Join us for a very informative afternoon. We will meet at the Firehouse Kitchen, 218 W. Goodwin St. (in the Old Firehouse station) at 12 Noon for lunch (AIA members and affiliates eat free)and then walk to the Ecosa facility after lunch. If you cannot make lunch you can meet us at the restaurant about 1pm to walk over to the Ecosa Institute for the tour and talk. Hope to see you all there!

Join us Friday, February 12th at Bark Frog Resaurant in Sedona for a presentation on making new and existing buildings more energy efficient. Charlie Gohman from the Arizona Dept. of Commerce’s Energy Efficiency office will conduct a very informative talk on his decades of experience making buildings more energy efficient.

September 26, 2009- Prescott Valley Energy Fair- The Grand Canyon chapter will have a booth at the Creative Energy fair in Prescott Valley. All members and affiliates are invited to bring your business information, network and have your information in the booth! This is free for all members and affiliates of the Grand Canyon chapter. If you are not a member or affiliate and would like to be, please go to www.aia-arizona.org and sign up today! The fair runs from 10am- 6pm on Saturday at Tim’s Toyota Center.
